**Key Responsibilities:**
Deliver outstanding customer service to a diverse range of customers, including pastoral companies, local farmers, and government departments.
Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve long-term goals and develop strong work skills and customer relationships.
Provide support to other sales staff and be accountable for inwards and outwards stock movements, customer vehicle loading, and maintaining the general merchandise part of the business.
Offer basic animal health advice to in-store customers and assist with the physical delivery of goods to local agricultural businesses.
Respond promptly to customer queries, resolving issues to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
Passion for customer service and good communication skills.
Ability to learn all aspects of retail operations and sales, as well as developing strong customer relationships.
Exposure to or interest in farming and agriculture, including animal health, animal management, crop production, and water supply.
Self-motivated and capable of showing initiative and efficient time allocation.
Current driver's license and willingness to obtain a forklift license.
