As a key support to the Store Manager, you'll contribute to daily operations and help create an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers, and community members.
Key Responsibilities:Assist with retail sales and operate Point of Sale devices.Sort, price, and manage donations in store.Help develop and coordinate visual merchandising and store presentation.Provide exceptional customer service.Ensure stock is displayed in the correct departments, following policy and procedure.Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures.Demonstrate TSA core values in all activities.About YouWhile previous retail sales experience is valued, it's your passion and proven ability to achieve outstanding results in a dynamic retail environment that truly matter.You'll be a high-energy, hands-on individual with a strong track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
