Job Description We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic casual Safety & Security Officers to join our diverse and dynamic team. ABOUT THE ROLE • Roving and static monitoring of the entire Centre• Attending to team member and guest incidents• Attending to first aid requirements• Assisting with guest enquiries• Control room monitoring, and • Issuing and controlling contractor passesABOUT YOU• QLD Security to include the following qualifications - Security Officer (unarmed), Crowd Controller and Security Officer (monitoring)• Current Apply First Aid Certificate with CPR• QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment.In addition to:• A genuine willingness and passion to work with people to help and assist • Excellent customer service experience obtained from a busy guest facing role • Highly effective communication and negotiation skills • A commitment to work health and safety and the ability to champion a safety culture and availability to work a variety of shifts (Monday to Sunday)  "It's not what we do, it's how we do it"!
