Job Description We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic casual Safety & Security Officers to join our diverse and dynamic team.
ABOUT THE ROLE  • Roving and static monitoring of the entire Centre
• Attending to team member and guest incidents
• Attending to first aid requirements
• Assisting with guest enquiries
• Control room monitoring, and 
• Issuing and controlling contractor passes
ABOUT YOU • QLD Security to include the following qualifications - Security Officer (unarmed), Crowd Controller and Security Officer (monitoring)
• Current Apply First Aid Certificate with CPR
• QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment.
In addition to:
• A genuine willingness and passion to work with people to help and assist 
• Excellent customer service experience obtained from a busy guest facing role 
• Highly effective communication and negotiation skills
• A commitment to work health and safety and the ability to champion a safety culture and availability to work a variety of shifts (Monday to Sunday)
