The role: Our store teams are the face of our brand and love bringing to our customers a truly authentic and memorable customer experience. In this role you will actively and passionately sell on the shop floor and contribute to the stores sales and KPI targets.
Additionally, you:
Ensure store presentation is immaculate through adhering to our visual merchandising standards
Ensure product knowledge of apparel and accessories
Assist in managing and replenishing stock and contribute to a well organised stock room
Assist your Store Manager with various administration and store maintenance duties including cleaning as required
Contribute to a well organised stock room and use ladders to retrieve stock from a height (comfortability doing so is a must).
The skills and experience we are looking for: Previous customer service experience, and exposure to achieving goals/targets/KPIs
The ability to work within fast paced team environments: someone upbeat, energetic, and motivating
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experiences
Strong communication and organisational skills
You are a great listener and use feedback constructively.
