Key Responsibilities: Deliver fun, empathetic, and professional care, creating cherished memories for clients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive client care. Implement support plans and conduct health assessments. Educate clients, families, and support workers on health management. Maintain accurate client records while ensuring confidentiality. Contribute to standards and policy development. Perform clinical tasks including but not limited to catheter, bowel and PEG management, wound care, medication administration, and manual handling. Conduct clinical assessments and surveillance. Participate in team meetings and foster an innovative, positive work environment. Requirements Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Commitment to compassionate patient care Innovative mindset and passion for making a difference. Current unrestricted AHPRA registration Blue Card (Working with children) and Yellow Card (NDIS worker screening) or willing to obtain.
