Assisting patients and practitioners at our Clinic and Rehab StudioWorking with multiple software packagesA fast paced and varied role15-20 hrs per week, with flexibility and capacity to increase and cover annual leave/sick leave Receiving comprehensive paid trainingAre you:
Available Mon-Fri 1:15-6:15?Available and have the capacity to increase hours, working 8:15-6:15 to cover annual leave and have the flexibility to cover sick leave?A team player that would like to work in a friendly supportive environment with business owners who prioritise the health and wellbeing of those they work with?A fast learner with attention to detail?Interested in being the first point of contact for our patients to book appointments, process payments, billing and communicating with third parties and supporting our practitioners?Someone who enjoys working in a, progressive and dynamic role providing excellence in customer service for our patients and referrers?Keen to embrace the challenge of mastering multiple IT systems?To Apply
