Quarry Operator - Casual$ - $ + Super + penalties Opportunity to join our team as a Casual Quarry Operator at our Glasshouse Mountains Quarry in Brisbane,Queensland.
This role will be reporting to the Quarry Manager, and we areseeking applicants who are experienced operators, have a passion for safety andvalues a strong work ethic.
This is casual leading to full-time for the right candidate.Financials:You will be rewarded with a competitive and attractive hourly rate ($ - $ inclusive of 25% casual loading.After 8 hours, the first 2hrs of overtime is rate X then all double time from then.In your new role with us, you will:Operating Mobile Equipment including Dump Trucks, Front End Loaders, and Excavators.Operating the crushing and screening plantGeneral fixed plant maintenance and inspectionsDuring busy periods we expect all employees to pitch in and perform any/all quarry tasks where neededCommitment to Zero Harm and Safety LeadershipAdhere to fixed and mobile plant pre-start & maintenance procedures This role is a great fit for you if you have:Quarry/Mining experience.Experience operating a Front-End Loader, Dump Truck and/or Excavator.Ability to work in a small team and unsupervised.Professional work ethic with a "can do" attitudeWhat we offer:Be part of highly recognised global brand name and growing organisationOngoing career and development opportunitiesPPE provided.
