Description The Payroll Assistant is primarily responsible for providing administrative and operational support to payroll function, which includes monthly payroll processing, HRIS management, data management and administrative support.
In this role you will provide back-up and support for payroll processes as required, which may include monthly end-to-end payroll for 500+ employees.
Position details: This is a casual position commencing immediatelyHourly rate ranging from $44 to $50 phBased at our Pakenham CampusHours are flexible and can be designed to suit you - up to 38 hours per week availableWork available until December 2024Key requirements: Experience in payroll systems and experience in Access Micropay essentialExperience in schools preferredExperience in ConnX (HRIS) preferredDemonstrated data entry and computer-based payroll experienceThis position requires a current employee WWCC and police checkPleaseclick hereto view the full position description for this role.
