Jubilee Primary School Outside School Hours Care is part of the Jubilee Primary School and St Mary's Catholic Parish community. We run a flexible and adaptable child-initiated program incorporating children's ideas, cultures and interests.
Hours: Casual - Vacation Care: December - January
Remuneration: as per the Children's Services Modern Award 2010, depending on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:Work with the children to create fun recreational and educational experiences that support their well-being.Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment.Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.Promote the service within the local community in accordance with Catholic Early EdCare's expectations and educational philosophy.Participate in professional and personal development.You will be pivotal in developing our children's lifelong love of learning.Build a strong rapport with our families, educators, and community.A Day in the Life of an OSHC EducatorProviding nurturing care for childrenEnsuring a safe, secure and welcoming environmentCreate fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for allMaintain positive working relationships with all team membersWork collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.Opportunity to attend fun excursions during vacation careFeel excited to come to work to make a difference to the lives of children in our care!The Benefits:A competitive base hourly rate depending on qualifications and experience, plus uniform allowances.We close for two weeks at Christmas.Opportunity to maximise your hours across a number of service locations.Ability to create professional relationships within the school and wider community.Access to Employee Assistance ProgramA supportive management team who works together collaboratively to ensure the best quality of care for children.About CEEC
