Multiple part-time positions available in 2025. Are you looking to change up your career? Interested in teaching and mentoring the next generation of speech pathologists? We are seeking clinical educators to expand our clinic and team!
We have multiple speech pathology clinical educator positions available in 2025, with opportunities to work either one day or two days per week on Monday and/or Tuesday in our award-nominated Year three Early Intervention clinics. These clinics have been developed in collaboration with SA Health, Northern Adelaide Health Network. You will be working with novice and novice to intermediate level students who are on their first or second placement experience.
We are looking for casual Clinical Educators to work in our clinics across:
Swallowcliffe Precinct (kindergarten and childcare)The positions will commence from the week of January 20th, with consistent work until the end of November 2025 with potential to continue in 2026.
This is a clinic-based position, with no travel required. You will be providing a group-based model of supervision, responsible for four students per 12-week rotation. Students work in pairs to see three clients with you across the day (1.5 clients per student pair). You will be seeing children from birth to four years old with developmental delay and difficulties, supporting those with disabilities into appropriate services, through referral and assessment.
Training and mentoring support will be provided to you by an experienced clinical educator with experience in this model. You will be supported to use the COMPASS assessment tool to provide authentic and meaningful assessment of student progress. This position will provide opportunity for online 'touch base' with other educators in this role to provide a supervision network.
Minimum Requirements: Speech Pathology qualification, with eligibility to register with Speech Pathology AustraliaExperience working as a Speech Pathologist with childrenDesirable (but not essential) skills: Clinical education experience with speech pathology students is preferred.If you have the talent, we'll give you the opportunity.
