Role & Responsibilities:
As an NDIS Support Worker with Care to Heal, you will:
Provide personal care and support for daily activities. Encourage community participation and social engagement. Assist with meal preparation, medication prompts, and light household duties. Implement and follow personalised care plans. Foster a safe, positive environment for clients. Build meaningful connections through mentorship and supportive guidance. Collaborate with our team to create an inclusive and welcoming space. Requirements:
To join our team, you must have:
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification) NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain Current First Aid and CPR Certification Police Check (within the last 6 months) Valid Australian Driver's License Reliable Vehicle with comprehensive or third-party property damage insurance Desirable: Minimum 1 year of experience in the disability sector (support work) Key Skills & Attributes: Genuine passion for high-quality, client-focused care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and adjust to diverse client needs. Why Join Care to Heal?
