Casual Mall Leasing & Marketing Assistant Full-time Employment Category: Permanent Full Time

We are seeking an up-and-coming leasing professional to join the team. This dual role will see you managing social media campaigns for the center as well as being responsible for sourcing and securing pop-up, casual mall leasing, and third income stream opportunities. Some of the duties include:
Maximise casual leasing revenue by securing short-term tenants, pop-ups, and centre campaigns. Prospect for new business opportunities and identify new revenue streams. Analyse market trends and demographics to curate an optimal bespoke pop-up and casual mall leasing mix. Prepare budgets, forecasting, and reporting, monthly reporting and asset strategy. Secure new clients to engage with REL in all asset classes delivering revenue growth. Manage the centre's social media profiles and campaigns. Manage and implement a calendar of marketing and event activities for the centre. Manage all marketing suppliers and agency relationships. Prepare and manage the casual mall leasing and marketing budgets. Produce monthly reports on all activities related to casual mall leasing and marketing.
Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience within a sales or leasing role with a demonstrated marketing background. Relationship-focused and client-centric; you should have a genuine enjoyment for building relationships and growing your profile/market share. Strong time management skills with a proactive and professional approach. Current license or registration as required by the relevant statutory body.
