About the Opportunity We are seeking a Casual Trainer – Lived Experience to deliver Lived Experience-driven training and development programs at Wellways.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Training and Development Manager and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality delivery of training for Wellways staff and our integrated care partners.
The successful candidate will be expected to share their lived experience as part of their day-to-day work, where appropriate, to enrich training packages.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver Lived Experience training programs for Wellways as required.
Complete post-training administrative tasks using our Learning Management System (LMS), Workday, and collaborate with colleagues as needed.
Work as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Lived Experience, partnering with Learning Designers to review and enhance Wellways' training packages.

You will also need: Have qualifications in vocational education, related field or equivalent industry experience Have an understanding of Recovery Orientated and Trauma Informed Practice.
