About the role:The Lecturer – Early Childhood Education (Casual) interacts with students and works in a team reporting to the Academic Course Manager. You will be working with a team of teachers responsible for the development and delivery of the Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.The position is required to ensure that BHI retains its pre-eminent position as a quality education provider and is a first choice for education and training in early childhood education. This involves the preparation, delivery, assessment and review of dynamic, high-quality on-campus teaching.About You:Masters or higher qualification in education with early childhood as a specialty, or high level industry experience equivalent to a Masters qualification is essentialExperience in planning and researching for the preparation of programs and learning materials, including the ability to research, select, and use a wide range of learning resources and assessment tools that would ensure a successful programCurrent and sound knowledge of the broad Australian early childhood industry.
