What You Will Be Working On
In this role, you will be responsible for all technical and AV aspects of event delivery at our
Sydney
venue. Your duties will include:
Planning and coordinating events, including technical setups and equipment requirements.Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.Providing exemplary customer service, ensuring clients have everything they need for their events.
What Type Of Person Will Be Successful
To succeed in this role, you should have a blend of technical and customer service skills. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key requirements include:
Experience in coordinating multi-premise video-conferencing solutions.Sound knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP) and Windows operating systems.Strong organisational and time management skills.Excellent communication skills to explain technical terms to non-technical individuals.
