Shamrock Gardens Motel is currently seeking a customer focused and passionate Casual Housekeeper to join our team on a casual basis.
With a high focus on guest experience, we want you to share in the success of the motel while promoting a culture of Care, Collaboration & Courage.
This role would suit someone looking to work mornings and weekends.
Some early starts may be required.
Your Experience & Skills Previous experience in the same or similar role Passionate about customer experience Meticulous attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and/or within a team Strong time management and communication skills Your Duties & Responsibilities Ensure the cleanliness of all motel room and common areas are held to a high standard Assist with the management of stock control and ordering Ensure Workplace Health & Safety and house policies are adhered to Assist with guest enquiries and enhance overall guest satisfaction Availability for mornings across a flexible work week Your Behaviours & Values Seek to understand motel operations and strategies for effective execution Receptive to a culture of feedback, improvement and performance A team player who collaborates to improve staff satisfaction and customer experience Job Type: Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $42.00 per hour
