About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Gymnastics Coaches to join our dynamic team on a casual basis. You will play a vital role in preparing, delivering, and evaluating engaging gymnastics lessons tailored to individual skills and aspirations while promoting a culture of safety, excellence, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare, deliver, and evaluate innovative and challenging lesson plans.Implement the MLC Gymnastics curriculum and assessment reporting processes.Foster positive relationships with gymnasts and their parents/guardians.Ensure equipment safety, adherence to injury management protocols, and compliance with emergency procedures.Actively participate in coaching meetings and training sessions.Maintain up-to-date professional qualifications and industry knowledge.About You: Essential: A passion for helping children achieve their potential in gymnastics.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent organisational abilities.Intermediate Gymnastics Qualification or Fundamental Gymnastics Coach/Beginner Coach with a willingness to upskill.Valid Working With Children Check and the right to work in Australia.Commitment to the Child Safe Standards and an understanding of Victorian Child Safe Standards.Desirable: Intermediate or Advanced Gymnastics Qualification.Current First Aid Certificate.What We Offer: A supportive and collaborative team environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.The chance to contribute to one of Australia's leading gymnastics programs.MLC's Commitment to Child Safety:
