The Role
The purpose of the position is to assist with the cleaning of machinery and other relevant equipment within our Berkeley Vale Factory. This is a casual position working Fridays 11:00-17:00 (10:00am-16:00pm outside daylight savings) in our Cereals department. Hours of work may vary.
The Person
The successful candidate must be available to work each Friday, 11:00am-17:00. We are seeking applicants who are comfortable working in a dirty/dusty environment and who display a proactive and collaborative work style. They will display a history of positive workplace behaviours in alignment with Sanitarium's values and be a reliable member of the team. The successful candidate will also have the following experience and competencies:
Reliable with high attention to detail.Achieves set tasks on time and to a high standard.Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously.Follows instructions and procedures to ensure workplace safety.Is generally fit and healthy.On-the-job training will be provided but manufacturing or cleaning/hygienist experience is advantageous.What do we offer?
