Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated hospitality professionals.
The ideal candidates will have experience in event and hospitality environments, possess excellent customer service skills, and approach challenges with a positive attitude.
This role involves working at a variety of corporate and retail events, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable experienceSet up and break down event spaces according to specificationsAssist with food and beverage service, including serving food, pouring drinks and clearing tablesEnsure all service areas are kept clean and tidyFollow all health and safety regulations and company policiesRequirements: Experience in hospitality and/or eventsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanourFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle pressureReliable, punctual, and trustworthyValid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificationAbout Us...
