About us: Morphettville Racecourse is proud to be South Australia's largest and premier racing club, playing host to more than 40 days of racing action throughout the year.
Our employees are spread throughout Hospitality, Events, Administration, Operations, and the Club's external entertainment venue – The Junction.
It's an exciting time here at Morphettville, with growth across our hospitality and functions teams ahead of a major transformation of our venue.
The Opportunity: We are looking for talented and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team.
There are a variety of casual positions available across our different teams (gates, furniture team, hospitality, events) and offer a variety of shifts on feature race days, Saturdays, public holidays, or throughout the week.
In addition to opportunities at the Racecourse, there are also exciting opportunities available at The Junction, with particular interest in candidates who have experience in a gaming room or duty management roles.

Your role will include: • Providing high quality customer service to our members and guests.
• Delivering exceptional food and beverage service.
• Working in a diverse range of hospitality environments such as bar, restaurant, and functions.
• Collaborating with our kitchen and hospitality teams to deliver the Morphettville experience.
You could work in the following areas: • Week-day functions, conferences & events.
• Our buzzing feature race-days.
• Café style food service & bar work.
• Fine dining restaurant service.
• Outdoor pop-up bars.
• Furniture & event set-up.
What you will bring to the team: • A passion for delivering exceptional food and beverage service.
• Ability to use initiative.
• Professional attitude and presentation.
• Demonstration of our values of Be Real, We Are One, We Own It and We Create.
• A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate is required, if 18 years and over.
• Food Safety Qualification.
