To help achieve our mission, we operate a variety of social enterprise cafes and a catering business.
Purpose of these Roles We are seeking skilled team members with experience working in a busy cafe environment. Reporting to the Cafe Manager, the successful applicant will:
Be a competent and experienced BaristaHave experience in food preparation as well as sandwich making.Be available for anywhere between 15-30 hours per weekBe available to work across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and evening shifts.Potential for permanent positionWhat you need to Succeed Have the ability to handle diverse challenges and work effectively under pressure.Be a good team player and have good interpersonal skills.We offer great working conditions plus a safe and friendly environment.
