We are seeking a passionate Casual Food and Beverage Attendant to become part of our team as we launch our new boutique hotel at 62 Byng Street, Orange.
This is your chance to be part of the foundation team as the hotel reopens on Monday 2 December, 2024.
Role Overview A Food & Beverage Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities Operational Provide excellent service by taking orders accurately, answering inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Process payments accurately, handle cash, and operate POS systems efficiently.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling and storage of food items.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bar staff, and other hotel team members to ensure smooth operations.
Guests In collaboration with the General Manager and Team Members, implement strategies to enhance guest service standards which meet/exceed the expectations of guests.

Ensure that all Occupational Health and Safety requirements for the company are met within the property; report any workplace hazards and support the company in its endeavour to provide a safe workplace.
Complete to the best of your ability any additional tasks within reason as provided by your immediate manager or delegate.
Participate/engage in industry events and maintain relevant market knowledge.
