About the RoleYou will need to be friendly, positive and demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect. You will also need to have a natural ability to build relationships that make a difference and be honest, helpful, and dependable, making you a great asset to our team.

TransportShoppingPersonal careCompanionshipMeal preparationSocial and community accessWhat We're Looking ForAvailability Monday - Friday, Possibly weekend workMinimum 25 hours per week availabilityMinimum 1 year of previous experience in aged care, disability, home & community care is a must.Experience in providing care for aged care or disability clients.Knowledge of person-centred care principles and safety regulations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and evenings.Must be located and willing to travel up to 30mins within desirable areas.Must have a mobile smartphone and able to navigate through various applications.QualificationsMinimum Certificate III in Individual Care or Certificate IV in Ageing SupportMust have a valid driver license, access to a reliable car with fully comprehensive car insurance.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to learn, develop and take on new challengesValid National Police CheckUpdated First Aid & CPR CertificateNDIS Worker Screening Check or the willingness to obtain oneBlue CardThe starting hourly rate is from $38.29 per hour + shift loadings + superannuation.

Ongoing support and supervision by our dedicated Care Coordination Team consisting of Enrolled and Registered Nurses.
