James Cook University (JCU) is creating a brighter future for life in the Tropics and beyond, through education and research that makes a difference locally and globally.JCU are looking for Casual Examination Supervisors for the Pharmacy Post Grad Program in Brisbane late January 2025.Casual Hewl 2 Step 10 Rate $37.85 per hourExam Supervisors will be required to:Collect and confirm all examination papers from the Program Coordinator for an examSet up the room for exam conditionsRead all relevant announcements to students, before, during and after the examMonitor and record all student behaviour to ensure they do not breach any Academic Misconduct rulesMonitor the room and surrounding areas, to ensure the security and safety of all in the roomCollate, collect and return all examination materials to the Program CoordinatorAs an Exam Supervisor you will:Be vigilant, alert and act with integrity at all timesHave a calm disposition, particularly for managing student stressBe active and able to walk/stand for hours at a timeHave accuracy with good attention to detailBe looking for casual workHave flexible availability throughout the yearAdditional Information:Availability for any shifts is requested prior to any exam periodShifts are approximately 3 hours+Computer skills would be an advantage but are not mandatoryA training manual will be provided covering all aspects of the roleApplications close 9 January 2025For any enquiries about the role, please contact Dee via email ******
