Join our team of casual educators and work across multiple Affinity centres! Each centre has its own unique community spirit, and is led by an experienced and committed Centre Manager, supported by an Assistant Centre Manager and team of educators.

Benefits A casual position where you choose the hours and days you work to fit in with your schedule!Ability to accept shifts via an application easily downloadable to your mobile device – accept shifts any time of the day!Work between Monday – Friday within the opening and closing hours of the centres from 6am to 6pm – NO WEEKEND WORKCompetitive rates from $33 to $39 (negotiable) per hour.Gain experience working across multiple Affinity centres – No two days are the same!Opportunity to gain a permanent position!Access to Affinity Learning Academy. Cert 3 to Diploma and Leadership and Management courses with additional pedagogy from Dr Lesley Jones and her Education Advisor TeamWellbeing initiatives with our Australia wide partners including LifeworksPartner discounts with over 100 different retailersThe Role Support educators across different rooms at the centreEngage with children, families and team membersAssist with daily centre practicesSupport educators with children's learning and documentationYou already have: Completed a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent or actively working towards)Willing to travel between multiple services and be available on short noticeA current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtainPrior experience in a long day care serviceOur Safety Commitment
