About Goodstart Echuca: Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Echuca is a 105 place centre, located on the edge of Echuca in a residential area conveniently close to local industry and commercial areas. Embracing our local heritage, our six rooms have been named after the famous Paddle Steamers that call our section of the Murray River home.
