As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you'll be a flexible, team-oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed.
Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.

You'll achieve this by: Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre teamEngaging and supervising the children at all timesMaintaining a safe environment for children, families and team membersBuilding and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and familiesComplying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and proceduresSupporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvementWhat Goodstart can offer you: You'll receive above award wages and a casual leave loading allowanceSupportive and friendly team with head office support and excellent resourcesComprehensive induction and training programFirst Nations Support and Cultural LeaveIf you hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification, are willing to travel between other local services and will have flexible availability between Monday-Friday, am - pm, then please apply now.
