You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.?? You'll achieve this by: Actively contributing?to the education program in the room and the centre team Engaging?and supervising?the children at all times Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement About Goodstart - Prospect Vale: Goodstart Early Learning Prospect Vale is located in a quiet side - street in the suburb of Prospect Vale, conveniently located near the Prospect Vale Market place, with plenty of off street parking and public transport nearby. At Goodstart Prospect Vale we care for children from 6weeks to 5 years and is licensed for 75 children per day. We have been part of the local community since 2006 and our centre strives on bringing the community together as we celebrate many events throughout the year. We currently have over 130 families that use our service on a weekly basis, and many of our families come from diverse cultural backgrounds.
