Essential Qualifications Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent).
A current and valid blue card.
First Aid Certificate.
Essential Skills and Attributes: Ability to provide a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all children.Understanding the developmental milestones and needs of children in various age groups.Capability to design, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for children.Adaptable to various situations and needs that arise in an early childhood setting.Respect and understanding of cultures, families and individual children's needs.Proficiency in using computers and relevant software to document children's learning and development.Previous experience as an Educator, Assistant Educator, Childcare Assistant or similar.If you aren't an exact match still apply!
