About the Centre Ngala Early Learning Kensington is a dynamic and welcoming Centre, conveniently located just a short walk from a local café that offers our employees a discount on food and coffee.
Our Centre is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where children can flourish through play-based learning and strong, supportive relationships.
Our centre operates Monday to Friday, from 7am to 6.00pm.

About the Role We're looking for dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educators  to join us on a  Casual basis (as required).
You'll be instrumental in shaping the early educational experiences of young learners, working closely with our Early Childhood Teacher to nurture children's social, emotional, and intellectual growth in a play-based environment.
Just as important, you'll become part of a close-knit team who support each other, learn from each other and love coming to work.
What You'll Do Craft and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities that inspire learning and development.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom where every child feels excited to learn and grow.
Build strong connections with children and their families, supporting their educational journey every step of the way.
Team up with fellow educators to plan and coordinate engaging lessons and activities.
Keep track of each child's progress, offering feedback and support where needed.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
What We're Looking For Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA approved equivalent).
Hands-on experience in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
A strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
A true team player with a passion for working with young children.
Valid WA Working with Children's Check.
National Police Clearance (within the last 6 months).
As part of our commitment to being a Child Safe organisation, successful candidates are required to provide their Immunisation History Statement.
While immunisations are highly encouraged, they are not mandatory.
This information will help us assess and implement appropriate safety measures for everyone.
