Our service has been part of the local community for the past 15 years with the name Roseberry House joining Devonport in 2021, with longstanding teachers and educators who have been here for years. We are looking for new educators to join this exceptional team who are passionate about early childhood and show initiative, creativity, and eagerness to be part of our team environment.
We value our team and know that children learn best through play! As such, all Educators have input in developing and implementing a fun, inclusive, and holistic program that encourages children's growth and development.

What you'll be doing Engaging children in age-appropriate learning experiences that stimulate their cognitive, physical, social and emotional developmentDeveloping and implementing engaging curriculum and activities aligned with the Early Years Learning FrameworkObserving and documenting children's progress and developmentEnsuring a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for all childrenBuilding strong relationships with children, families and the wider communityCollaborating with the teaching team to provide seamless care and educationAdhering to all company policies, procedures and regulatory requirementsWhat we're looking for Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related fieldRelevant experience working in an early childhood education settingStrong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate learning approachesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamPassion for providing high-quality care and education to young childrenCurrent Working with Children and First Aid certificatesWhat we offer
