Minimum 12 months relevant experience in the above-mentioned fields of expertiseCertificate III or IV in Disability, or Individual Support or nursing or higherExperience within the industry (eg. working with disability, mental health, high medical needs, aged care, individual support, NDIS Management etc.)Clear and effective communication skills and ability to establish a professional relationship with participant and their families.Attention to detail and accuracy in the record management - Compliance and safety is our No.1Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster and the availability to work overnight shifts or attend training or meetings as required.Current First Aid, CPR, NDIS Orientation, COVID Infection Control, NDIS Workers Screening, Working with Children Check, National Police Check are essential.
