About the role We are looking for support workers to help who have industry experience, manual handling skills and the following attributes:Experience managing participants who require support with complex care and high physical needs.Professional Development opportunities for learning and career growth.We are seeking Disability Support Workers who have experience in supporting participants with highly complex needs.You will work in Supported Disability Accommodation to support those with medical needs and manual handling requirements to live in an environment that maximises personal growth and independence.Enable our participants to shape and improve their lives.Create opportunities, are champions of connecting their abilities, and inspire partnerships of support that encourage every individual to realise their full potential.As a support worker, you will be rewarded for your skills and commitment to providing consistent, high-quality care.Enjoy working in a family-friendly, supportive, close-knit environment driven by strong values.20+ hours per week paid employment.Experience in manual handling, transfers and experience utilising AT equipment.Experience in supporting people with physical and neurological diagnosis, which relates to their disability.Ability and adaptability to change in a person's support needs.Highly desirable in Aged and Health background experience.What's in for you?
