Casual Role The Opportunity An exciting position is available for an enthusiastic dietitian who possesses strong rehabilitation knowledge and experience as well as sound knowledge in the management of a diverse range of conditions.

Your duties will include (but not limited to): Provide dietetic services within all ward areas of the Hospital, including inpatients, day program, outpatients and NDIS patientsWork in close liaison with the Food Services DepartmentDeliver nutritional related patient education in both 1:1 and group settingsEffectively provide assistance and support to the relevant Manager/s in the effective delivery of dietetic services within the HospitalHave demonstrated experience working in a multidisciplinary teamSkills and Experience The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following criteria:
Tertiary qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics and eligible for full membership of Dietitians AustraliaDemonstrated interpersonal and problem solving capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently manage a diverse case loadExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as part of a teamHigh standard of customer service and a team approachCommitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence based practiceFlexible, positive approach to workMembership with the Dietitian's Association of Australia (Desirable)Remuneration On offer is hourly base salary ranging from $38.26 - $55.42 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
