Your day-to-day: Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes following established recipes and guidelines. Ensure precise portioning, proper storage, and accurate labelling of all ingredients, while also monitoring stock levels and placing orders for the section. Uphold cleanliness and organisation standards for workstations and kitchen equipment.? Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Our successful candidate will have: More than 1 year experience working in a fine dining or 5-star hotel environment. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment. The ability to adapt and succeed in high-pressure service periods. Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Curiosity and a desire to expand their knowledge. Ability to work in a dynamic team environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
