About the Role Due to our rapid growth in the Australian market, Securitas has an opportunity for an experienced Casual Corporate Security Officer to join our business, who will work across a number of High Profile Corporate sites in the Melbourne CBD and surroundings.
The Corporate Security Officer must be able to deliver an exceptional level of security and customer service. Those with a strong customer service background coupled with a Security License are encouraged to apply.
General Role Requirements/Responsibilities :
Provide a security service in line with the site SOPs and client's requirements in order to protect the client's employees, property, and other assets. Deliver the highest levels of customer service which consistently demonstrate Securitas' core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. Deliver a consistently high-end, accurate, and discreet Security-focused hosting experience to all visitors, guests, and employees at the designated site. Ensure the safety and protection of customer's people, property, and information always, in a knowledgeable and service-oriented manner, ensuring an unobtrusive and comfortable environment. Demonstrate the core brand values and culture of both the client and Securitas, promoting a positive image of our customer always. Skills, Experience and Requirements: Hold a current Victorian Security license. First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 and HLTAID010) and CPR Certificate (HLTAID009). Ability to uphold the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with computer software/systems i.e. Microsoft Suite, Visitor Sign-in system, etc. Excellent organisational skills. Be proactive, whilst maintaining discretion and confidentiality. Experience in a concierge/hosting/customer-facing role. High attention to detail. Proficient in working within a team environment and independently.
