Corellian Pty Ltd is looking for a Casual Rigging Assistant/ Labourer to join our team with an immediate start.

About the role:
This is a casual employment opportunity with an immediate start. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing support and assistance on site to the wider site team and workshop team.
Your role will include key responsibilities such as:
Demolition and rigging work including Base Building and Mechanical Services.
Associated building works including concreting, bricklaying, carpentry, structural steel, and metalwork.
Dogging and rigging TA.
Delivering and picking up of materials and equipment.
Loading and unloading of trucks and vehicles.
Truck driving, operating forklifts, EWP, telehandler, and other construction equipment.
Truck, equipment & tool cleaning, maintenance, testing, and logs.
Yard and workshop duties.
General property maintenance.
Generally lifting tools, equipment, and materials heavier than 20kg.
Work on sites across Greater Sydney.
To be considered for the role, the successful applicant will have:
Current Drivers License.
Construction Induction Card.
Experience labouring and lifting heavy weights for long periods of time.
Work at heights (desirable not essential).
Punctual, with excellent time management and communication skills.
Experience in the Building and/or Construction industry.
A strong commitment to safety and all WHS Policies and Procedures.
Ability to undertake works safely, accurately, and in a timely manner.
2 years' experience in the onsite construction industry.

Must be:
Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritise effectively.
Available for irregular hours (early starts, late finishes, weekend work, and working away depending on the location).
Able to demonstrate experience as a positive team contributor.
Professional on-site presentation and communication with others.
Able to work in Australia with no restrictions or limitations.
Any additional tickets, licenses, or relevant trade qualifications will be an advantage.
