The focus of this role is to deliver industry-leading concierge services to residents of high-end Sydney-based apartment complexes. Our concierge acts as the face of the building and provides a professional welcome to residents and exceptional service experiences that bond Excel to the clients and their guests.
What You Will Be Doing: Providing all residents and guests with a 5-star service, ensuring exceptional front desk services. Assisting the Building Manager and Head Concierge with issues related to By-Laws, resident car park, reporting, and keys auditing. Monitoring relevant movements of visitors, service providers, and goods throughout the building and immediate surrounds. Database maintenance, receiving and answering emails, telephone, and security intercom inquiries. Securing resident keys, security devices, parcels, and dry cleaning. Internal and external patrolling. Completing incident reports when necessary and responding to emergencies. Ensuring entry and lifts are tidy and presentable. Shifts Available: We currently have a variety of shifts available, including morning, afternoon, and overnight options.
Qualifications Must Have: Fluency in Mandarin and English. Ability to build rapport with residents and cooperative relationships with the team. Front of house or customer service experience. Proven quality written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy (use of Microsoft Word and Excel, e-mail, and BuildingLink). Your Strengths: Capability to follow Site Procedures and Company Policies. Be professionally presented. Punctuality and proactivity. Additional Information Applicants are required to be eligible to work in Australia and, upon being successful in the recruitment process, you will be required to present your Police Check.

MEN UNIFORM - Black business suit, tie, and name badge. LADIES UNIFORM - Black business suit, scarf, and name badge. Training is provided prior to the first shift.
