We are now seeking a passionate, driven and energetic Casual Clinical Consultant to join our Joint Replacement team in Armidale, NSW. This role would suit someone initially wanting to do on call work to supplement an existing role. Standard weekday rates are $47.50 per hour. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to potentially move into a clinical or theatre based role with Stryker, and wants to get a better understanding of what the position would entail.
Our talented Clinical Consultants play a vital role in the moments that matter most – the seconds, minutes and hours in which patients' lives are changed forever by the skills and knowledge of caregivers.
Your role will involve: Providing technical and clinical specialist expertise to internal and external customers.Attending surgical procedures and assisting surgeons and hospital staff in the effective use of Stryker products.Conducting in-service training and support to the wider team.Experience: A passionate healthcare professional or graduate seeking casual ongoing work.Experience working in theatre/hospital environments highly advantageous.Demonstrated problem-solving, collaborative teamwork skills, including the ability to drive clear verbal messages regarding technical subjects.Keen learner and strong team player with a positive attitude.Able to work autonomously and calmly under pressure.Strong communication skills and a passion for a successful patient outcome every time will ensure your success in this role.This is a genuine opportunity for an ambitious and customer-focused team member to progress and grow your career with a leading global medical device company that offers countless development opportunities.
