The Compass Group Casual Pool team are currently recruiting qualified Chefs for our Melbourne Casual pool:
THE POSITIONFood preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food offerings.Actively maintaining complete awareness for safety in the workplace including allergen awareness and all dietary requirements.An interest and passion for nutrition and healthy eating.Work alongside your colleagues and with head chefs, chef managers or site managers to ensure all food served exceeds our clients' expectations.Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved, and wastage is kept to a minimum.Monday to Friday role.THE PERSONCertificate 3 Commercial Cookery (at a minimum).Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.Excellent communication, with superior customer service skills.Great energy and professional presentation.The willingness to work across various sectors and locations (i.e.
Education, Venues, Corporate, etc.
