We are looking for committed and highly motivated individuals to join our dedicated team of hospitality professionals at the Caloundra RSL and Caloundra Powerboat Club. The right candidate for the role will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional customer support. You will have a positive, can-do approach and a willingness to contribute to our vibrant, incredible team. Chef / Cook ensures the provision of high-quality meals and service to Club patrons in the most timely and effective manner possible.
Pre-requisites: Diploma of Commercial cookery or relevant Trade certificate1 year experience as a Chef or 2 years experience as a Cook within the Hospitality IndustryPrevious experience working in a fast-paced kitchenPrevious experience catering for functions and eventsKnowledge of all aspects of kitchen operations including the preparations, fryers, grill, pans and function service.Have good availability across 7 days (weekends & Public Holidays).Caloundra RSL Services Club Inc is passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
