We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Catering team members to join our Catering & Retail team.

Working closely with our Catering & Retail team, Casual Catering Staff play a vital role in ensuring our patrons enjoy a smooth and seamless event experience.
We are looking for the below Catering positions: Catering Assistants Point of Sale (POS) Staff Bar Staff (must have an RSA) Corporate Suite Attendants ( must have an RSA ) Barista Function/Lounge Wait Staff Cellar Operations (must have an RSA) ABOUT YOU We are looking for individuals with a strong customer-focused attitude who thrive in the dynamic, fast-paced environment of Qudos Bank Arena.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Full Australian working rights A customer-centric attitude with the ability to serve with a smile in a busy environment Prior experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service Ability to excel in a high-pressure environment, managing large crowds and multitasking effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Ability to stand long hours All successful candidates will be required to undergo a national police check at their own expense prior to engagement Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an in-person interview at Qudos Bank Arena on 15 January 2025.
