About the Role We are looking for an experienced Back of House Supervisor to join our vibrant team on a casual basis. In this role you will be responsible for venue and room setups during both the day and evening events. This role works collaboratively as part of the BOH team to achieve the Cliftons' vision of creating remarkable experiences by ensuring the highest levels of client service, venue management, event execution and venue presentation. Shift times will vary but will mainly be after business hours and include some weekends.
About you This role is responsible for venue and room setups during both the day and evening. The Back of House Supervisor works collaboratively as part of the BOH team to achieve the Cliftons' vision of creating remarkable experiences by ensuring the highest levels of client service, venue management, event execution and venue presentation.
In addition, you will demonstrate:
Ability to follow detailed instructions and run sheets Excellent delivery of room set ups in line with client requirements Good facilities and venue management Strong communication and collaborative skills Ability to assist the team in reviewing and improving processes Why Join Us? This is a casual role and hours are based on a roster. Flexible availability is key as coverage for evening and occasional weekend shifts may also be required.
