The Contract: Casual, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm shifts as rostered
The Position: Key aspects of this role include welcoming residents, visitors and contractors, coordinating activities at the main reception of Maddocks Gardens and providing administrative support to assist the day-to-day operations of Maddocks Gardens. Essential to this role is the ability to provide outstanding customer service to staff, consumers, residents and families, using a person-centred approach that is professional, approachable, responsive and compassionate at all times.
