About the role This is a casual administration position with SIMPLEX ELEVATORS PTY LTD', supporting the administrative and operational needs of the Salisbury QLD office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of an individual client body within our service division.
What you'll be doing Communicating directly client body regarding individual project works. Issuing service reports and managing work orders / purchase orders. Managing client portal and email correspondence. Answering and directing incoming phone calls Providing on-site reception duties as required Other general administrative tasks as needed to support the office team What we're looking for Previous experience in an administrative or office support role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities A keen eye for detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service What we offer As a casual employee, you'll have the flexibility to work hours that suit your schedule.
