Join the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network as an Administration Officer, based in Lower Eyre, Tumby Bay, and Cummins.
In this crucial role, you'll be the backbone of the administrative support team, helping to ensure the smooth operation of clinical services and patient care.
As an Administration Officer, you will provide general administrative and clerical services to support the management of clients within the designated clinical service areas.
You'll work closely with senior nursing staff, medical practitioners, and patients to facilitate communication, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional service to all involved.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for clinical service areasCoordinate communication within the ward/unit and with other servicesAssist in managing client information and documentationDeliver customer-focused services to staff, medical professionals, and clientsSupport senior nursing staff in daily administrative tasksWhat we're looking for: Strong organisational and communication skillsAbility to provide customer-focused service in a healthcare settingAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamPrevious administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare environmentDemonstrated experience in the use of computer-based resources and experience in office procedures and office equipment (i.e., photocopier, printers, facsimile, etc.
)About Us The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN) is responsible for the planning and delivery of hospital and health services over 337,626 square kilometres, taking in the Eyre Peninsula, western part of South Australia and north to Coober Pedy.
