. Your expression of interest will remain valid until the end of 2024. You will only be contacted if appropriate casual work becomes available.Selection criteriaQualifications (essential)Recognised TESOL certificate (100 contact hours + at least six hours supervised and assessed practice teaching in TESOL) or a degree/diploma in education with TESOL method.ExperienceAt least 2 years' full-time equivalent English Language teaching experience, preferably at a recognised and quality endorsed Australian institution.Experience teaching English for Academic Purposes courses desirable.QualitiesProven ability teaching English as a second language in a multi-cultural classroom.Experience teaching in online environments using Zoom (desirable).Willingness to actively participate in professional development and contribute positively to a culture of continuous learning.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and an ability to lead and work within teams.A strong commitment to a customer-service based approach to education provision.Interested applicants should send in a resume and cover letter addressing the above selection criteria.
