Contracts Administration (Administration & Office Support) Full time Salary: $66,525 – $77,900 per year plus superannuation
The Position
The Contract Administration Officer will work collaboratively with the Project Delivery Team to ensure the efficient administration function of the department.
This role provides administrative support to the Project Delivery team, which includes but is not limited to:
Registering and maintaining all contracts Monitoring and reporting on related state and federal grants Preparing and processing correspondence Maintaining databases Preparing and processing purchase orders and invoices Completing research Performing administrative tasks associated with Council's activities including tenders Preparing meeting minutes Registration of documents into Council's record management system About You
You will have completed Year 12 or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience. Experience working in a medium to large organisation would be an advantage. You will possess very good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Adobe Acrobat, ECM, and TechOne.
In addition, you will respond well to change, possess excellent customer service skills, and communicate effectively. You must also have a current "C" class driver's licence for this role.
