CASPA is seeking a dedicated Grants and Projects Development Officer to lead our strategic responses to grants, tenders, awards and project manage internal requests for marketing jobs.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Hours: Full-time, 76 hours per fortnight Location: Hybrid / Main office in Lismore Key Responsibilities:
Identify, project manage and prepare proposals for grant opportunities aligned with CASPA's strategic priorities.
Research and respond to tender opportunities, ensuring compliance and quality in submissions.
Draft compelling award submissions to showcase CASPA's achievements.
Maintain a comprehensive database to track grants, tenders, and awards.
Project manage CASPA's internal requests for marketing collateral updates and deliverables in close collaboration with other units of the team.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong writing skills and the ability to develop persuasive proposals and submissions.
Excellent organisational skills and experience in managing multiple projects.
Ability to collaborate with various teams to achieve common goals.

Our programs include Therapeutic Intensive Residential Care, Intensive Family Preservation, Therapeutic Foster Care, Restoration, and other associated care types.
We are a registered NDIS provider and operate a social enterprise Maintenance and repairs business.
